Returns & Cancellation Policy

Canceling an Order of Non-Service Items
You may cancel an order of non-service items at any time prior to processing by calling 415-508-4340 during our regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Canceling a Service Order
You may cancel a service order any time up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed service date by calling 415-508-4340 during our regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel service orders less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed service date.

Returning a Non-Service Item
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Most items can be returned for a full refund, but select items may incur a restocking fee.
