Shipping Policy
For all orders of non-service-related physical items, we currently offer three shipping options within the United States: Standard, expedited and express.
The cost for shipping is based on the total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charge for an order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please see surcharge fees below).

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our standard service only. Expedited and express shipping methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses. Standard delivery timeframes do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based on the order amount. Please refer to the standard rates in the table. A surcharge also may be applied to select items due to size and weight.
Orders containing gift cards and no other merchandise will be shipped free of charge via USPS. For gift card-only orders, eExpedited service is available, excluding APO/FPO addresses, for gift card-only orders for a flat rate of $5.
If a gift card is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the gift card will be waived for expedited service. No need to make this sound good. I don’t know where we got this from.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and international locations at this time.
goCloudOffice reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Items Eligible for Free Shipping
Individual products qualifying for free shipping will be identified with “Item(s) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.” Your shipping amount total will not reflect items that qualify for free shipping. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer method, shipping charges will apply.
Items Shipped Directly from Vendor
Items identified with “Ships Directly from Vendor” will be sent from the product manufacturer/vendor and will be delivered within 10 business days via standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited or express shipping for vendor-direct items. If you have other items in your order you wish to have shipped either as express or expedited, please create a separate order.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers via a confirmation email when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at the shipping carriers' website.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling us at 415-508-4340. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
